‘Stay fit’ is the buzz word these days. 2) Fibrous food slows down the speed at which sugar enters the bloodstream. Try to include fibrous food in every meal to reduce blood sugar level which is a major health benefit.

3) Fast foods should be avoided since its contains high calorific value and is a major cause of weight gain.

4) Include variety in your food: Ensure that you get all the nutrients needed for a healthy body. Your meals should contain major food groupings like grain products, vegetables, fruits, milk products and meat.
