Fast food has long been the choice of many due to its quick availability and also because its not heavy on the pocket. We find a fast food center at every nook and corner of the city and is often the best and the cheapest option. A healthy salad when mixed with fresh veggies, grilled toppings and a light fat dressing can be an excellent snack that provides nutrition, is lesser in calories and makes you feel full.
